Bordering the verdant green space of the Oak Ridges Moraine, Limerick Point offers a lifestyle surrounded by natural beauty with stately homes and countless local amenities. The exclusive community by Acorn Developments consists of only 19 homes on 60-foot designs, tucked behind an existing neighbourhood situated atop a knoll in the rolling hillsides of the moraine.
Designed and furnished by GCB Interior Architecture, ‘The Winslow’ was built to impress with 4,442-square-feet of living space including a 975-square-foot finished basement. Its modern facade is highlighted by exterior pot lights and custom front gardens by Garden Party Toronto, while the interior spaces are appointed with 10-foot main floor ceilings, designer finishes and custom cabinetry and millwork by NIICO.
